It is end of season and it is that time to send in your mileage for the season. Milton Heights will reimburse coaches who drove to their team’s race. A reminder that we will pay $0.40/KM and that you must fill out the form attached here –> (Expenses 2010-2011 blank) and send it back to me via email by the due date. Please download the file and “save as” – enter your information and send it back to me. Do note that NO mileage forms will be accepted after Feb 29th, 2012. If you have any questions, let me know

Just a quick note to remind you all that if you are interested/willing to go courses to further your coaching education, please present me with a plan including all costs associated with the course and I will present it to the team to see what the club can help cover. I know how expensive it can be to go on courses and I don’t want this to be a make it or break it factor for you to further develop your coaching knowledge. Of course, if you go on course, we benefit from it, so we would be more than happy to help cover some or all of the costs where we can. Thanks!

If so, you have until the end of the next pay period to fill out this Form with your information, save “as” it on your own computer and email it back to me as an attachment. ALL expenses must be sent to me before March 23rd or else, they will not be able to be processed for the season. Do not include the KM’s as I will google map these from GE (which is standard practice) and ensure that all KMs match hill locations for everyone.
