Am I fit for ski season?

Good question and one that contains a very personal answer. As many of you know, I work in the Health & wellness field, organizing, running and creating programs for teens, men & women for basic fitness, sports specific goals, rehabilitation, etc…

I recently ran accross a great video for functional training for sports- I thought I would share the link with you for inspiration:

The truth is that no matter what sport you are training yourself for, incorporating sport specific exercises, movements, coordination patterns, agility, etc… is a MUST

I challenge everyone to take a look at their fitness regime and try to add a little more functionality. cheers & stay fit!
